The Challenges
They had challenge to expand in their business and continue in service when they stuck into covid-19 pandemic period. They thought out and reached us to develop web portal where can receive customer requirements and deliver remotely. Goal has been set consistently deliver a seamless experience as compare to direct visiting the shop.

We get into research user to understand what they need, paint points really facing for clothing service need, we did interview and survey to gather user insights. Major of user they approach for customized clothing needs and expect latest fashion trend clothes. Youthfit made clear to make easy and frictionless interaction when user place the order and updating clothes measurement in online.
While acquainting ourselves with the objective of brand Youthfit, we studied their existing product categories and competitor products. Since, this was an e-commerce platform meant for mass crowd, it was extremely crucial to categorize the offerings appropriately and ease the user navigation.
We created gender and age category based user journey work flows to map user needs and opportunity to create innovative ideas to bring exceptional user experience design. Well structured work flows helped us to define product catalogues and incredible measurement update funnel. Well defined information architecture is able to reduce the bounce rate from the website to a great extent.

Design
We were started designing Brand logo and color theme to attract different age group users. We set bold and pleasant color scheme.
However, we used toned down subtle colors for navigation bars and white backgrounds to provide attention on product images.
To reinforce the product visibility and importance we have used very few interactions on the website so that user get into transaction flows without friction and empower buying attitude.
