FinSure Copilot

Bring Rules-Based Eligibility and AI-Powered Lending Intelligence Together

Rules for certainty. AI for context. Clearer lending decisions.

FinSure Copilot brings fixed eligibility criteria, lending-policy information, applicant details, and supporting documents into a structured assessment workflow. It uses deterministic rules for configured criteria and AI-assisted reasoning to help interpret relevant policy and applicant context.

The challenge

Loan assessment often combines fixed eligibility criteria, product-specific lending policies, applicant information, supporting documents, and contextual interpretation. Rules-only systems can evaluate defined conditions but may not provide the contextual understanding needed when relevant information is distributed across documents.

Relying on a general-purpose AI response for deterministic eligibility criteria can also make outcomes difficult to control and standardize. Lending workflows benefit from separating fixed rule evaluation from AI-assisted interpretation.

How FinSure Copilot works

Organize applicant information

Structure available application data and supporting documents for use throughout the eligibility workflow.

Evaluate configured eligibility rules

Apply JSON-based business rules to defined criteria such as age, income, credit score, employment type, and configured thresholds.

Retrieve relevant lending policies

Use semantic search and vector retrieval to locate relevant lending-policy and product information.

Apply contextual reasoning

Use AI to interpret retrieved policy information alongside applicant context where contextual understanding is required.

Return a structured outcome

Produce an outcome such as Eligible, Not Eligible, or Needs Information, with relevant assessment context and identified information gaps.

Understanding the three assessment outcomes

Eligible

The available information satisfies the configured eligibility rules evaluated by the workflow. This is an assessment outcome, not a guarantee of final loan approval.

Not Eligible

One or more configured eligibility criteria are not satisfied based on the information evaluated.

Needs Information

The available application information is insufficient for the configured assessment, and specific missing documents or details can be identified.
